Congress of showing unnatural favouritism to the Indian Muslim ?
•The opposition Bharatiya Janata Party has repeatedly accused the Congress of showing unnatural favouritism to the Indian Muslim community and the toleration, or even promotion of Islamic and obscurantism. It has been also accused of deliberately fragmenting Hindus while consolidating conservative Muslim votes (by allowing them a separate personal code, etc) Congress policy is also accused of causing fifty years of economic stagnation, following Independence, and of excessive veneration of the Nehru-Gandhi dynasty.

The Congress asked the Bangladesh free lancer then in exile here, "not to say or write anything to hurt the muslim community.." and what did the muslim author write to warrant a hue and cry by the muslims themselves in Bangla and India..? Yes, she exposed the atrocities of muslims on Hindus in Bangla..!
The same "secular" Congress maintained stoic silence when the celebrated (?) painter Hussein depicted Hindu gods in obscene postures in the name of art..! Not a word from any Muslim community leader either..!
The Congress had never recited the terror unleashed on the Hindus of Kashmir culminating in their becoming refugees in their own country, but never tired of reciting the Godhra incident in Gujarath, by blaming the BJP govt at that time.. They never even cared to recall the burning of Hindu kar sevaks before the outrage on the muslims (Godhra) by angered local Hindu zealots..! Their duplicity is never concealed..!
And more recently, when the PM expressed anxiety over the increasing illegal Bangladesh immigrants in the north east (who were even given voter id by the congress govts to earn their votes), he had to hastily withdraw his remarks - under obvious pressure from his state party colleagues - within a few days.. Even the apex court had earlier pulled up the govt to expel the illegal immigrants, bulk of whom had terror links..! But the govt is lax in the national security due to its unholy vote bank conerns..!!
So the Congress wooing the minority is no secret.. See, when the Raj Thackeray was beating the north Indians in Maharashtra, it was gently asking the state congress govt to take firm action, but when problems affecting the Xians in Karnataka and Orissa erupted, they threatened these BJP ruled states invoking constitutional articles..! So the "affection" on Xians over safety of north Indians should be understood.
The congress has an advantage because the major Indian media (TV and newspapers) dominated by foreign interests are supporting pseudo secularists like Congress and the communists (who are equally pro muslim and anti Hindu)..
The media never reported the provocation of Hindu beliefs and ridicule of their Gods by the local xian missonaries (that was flashed only by local papers and none of the national English media reported it objectively) resulted in the backlash by the Hindu zealots..
Thus the persons conversant with the contemporary deviancies of the the Congress and its allies assisted by a biased media, know well their vested interests.. The congress did not get majority in the last election itself but managed to form a govt of convenience by coalition with like and unlike minded parties.. a very recent aberration..!
