The tale of EPA and DHA
EPA and DHA would appear to be getting a great deal of media attention in regards to assisting consumers to select an Omega-3 supplement. Unfortunately, this is not the best approach to selecting the best Omega-3 supplement... especially when you consider that, within the Omega-3 family, there are approximately eight well represented Omega-3 structures in both the Triglyceride and Phospholipid forms.
