I only saw the end of it and that was like ten years ago. The final fight was between a human and an immortal something. The immortal had a face like a kabuki mask and could only be killed by piercing its heart with a sword, I think. And I'm pretty sure that the human who fights the immortal was from a family that was destined to destroy it. The immortal could extend body parts in typical anime fashion, and I think they were fighting on a huge demon building. I know this is not much information to go on, but whoever knows what movie it is or whoever gets closest to it will get a best answer.
